1. Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping at SexyRaverz. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. Eligibility for Refund

2.1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a full refund or replacement.

2.2. Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

2.3. Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

2.4. Please note that we do not offer refunds and some products are not returnable, such as hosiery, undergarments, face masks and final sale items. 

3. Return Process

3.1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@sexyraverz.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

3.2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

3.3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

3.4. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

4. Refund Timeframe

4.1. Credit Card Payments: Refunds to credit cards may take 5-14 days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4.2. PayPal Payments: Refunds for PayPal transactions will be processed within 7 days.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
